Embark on a 2-day private tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone from Tokyo. Enjoy the flexibility of a private tour and visit top attractions such as Lake Kawaguchi, Arakura Sengen Shrine, Owakudani Valley, and Kamakura Daibutsu. Stay overnight in a traditional ryokan and enjoy a kaiseki dinner.

Day 1: Tokyo → Kawaguchi Lake → Hakone Ryokan

Depart from Tokyo and head to the stunning Mt. Fuji region in a comfortable and spacious Toyota Alphard or Hiace. Travel to Oishi Park and enjoy a relaxing morning stroll by Lake Kawaguchi.

Visit Arakura Sengen Shrine, famous for its iconic five-story pagoda with Mount Fuji towering behind it. The picturesque view here is perfect for another family photo stop.

Next, head to Ushino Hakkai, also known as the Ushino Springs, a tranquil natural area featuring crystal-clear springs and great views of Mount Fuji. Enjoy a peaceful walk, or relax by the spring water before lunch.

Visit Kitakuchi Hongu Shrine, a historically important shrine dedicated to Mount Fuji. This shrine is one of the key locations on the pilgrimage route to Fuji-san, with serene surroundings and cultural significance.

Arrive at Hakone Ryokan for an onsen experience. Check into a traditional Japanese ryokan in Hakone. Relax and enjoy the onsen (hot spring) experience for a few hours.

Enjoy a kaiseki dinner at the ryokan. This multi-course traditional Japanese meal will feature seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood. It's a fantastic way to immerse yourself in Japanese culinary culture while relaxing in your beautiful surroundings.

Day 2: Hakone → Odawara → Kamakura → Yokohama → Tokyo
Enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast at the ryokan, featuring fresh fish, rice, pickles, and miso soup to prepare for another exciting day of sightseeing.

Take a scenic boat ride on Lake Ashi. The boat departs at 9:00 AM, and you will enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji, the surrounding hills, and the clear waters of the lake. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes and will finish at Togendai Port.

Visit Owakudani, a volcanic valley known for its hot springs, sulfur vents, and the famous black eggs (eggs boiled in the sulfuric hot springs). The valley offers breathtaking views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Take a walk through the scenic area and learn about its geological features.

Explore Odawara Castle, one of Japan's most famous historical castles. The castle grounds and the museum offer insight into Japan's samurai history. You can walk around the beautiful gardens, and the panoramic views from the top of the castle are a great way to enjoy the surroundings.

Visit Kamakura Daibutsu, Japan's famous Great Buddha. This massive bronze statue is one of the most iconic landmarks in Japan. Standing at over 13 meters tall.

If time allows, you can make a quick stop in Yokohama Chinatown, one of the largest and most vibrant Chinatowns in the world.
Return to Tokyo and be dropped off at your hotel in Ginza or any location in central Tokyo.
